Travis Kvapil finishes 23rd. up 2 positions after starting 25th on the pole. Tony Stewart racing in the Home Depot Car takes the Checkered flag after starting 20th. on the pole and working his way up to the lead to win.

Travis knew he wanted to be a racecar driver since he was a kid, like many other drivers of today. Before competing in NASCAR, Kvapil starred in the RE/MAX Challenge Series during the 1999 & 2000 seasons, winning twice at Pikes Peak International Raceway. He was also the 1996 Late Model champion of Madison (Wis.) International
Speedway. It seems like it all came together though in 2003, when Kvapil won the series championship with a win and 22 top-10s out of 25 starts.
